Writing an entry without words is an interesting artistic decision. It compels the viewer to piece together the story from the images alone.The audience is driven to a sense of wonder, not the "what the hell is wrong with you people" wonder one gets from an instant deadpool entry, but rather a sense of "what does it all mean?" The juxtaposition of humorous images with a situation of such gravity is somehow both vague and relatable, like gazing across an alien landscape. Somehow, the viewer realizes there is a familiar feeling of meme at the core of this article, but it is obscured, beckoning him to investigate further.
