Flo is an overly enthusiastic cashier,being the main character in progressive commercials since 2008. she annoys some people,pleases most, and tries to make the best out of any situation, as seen when two buisinessmen from a different insurance company recognize each other while shopping at progressive, instead of their company. flo proceeds to enthusiasticly say, "Hey,its an office party!"
she is also very bold in some situations. she once bagan flirting with a biker,even though she didn't even know his name.when she is taking a picture instead of saying "say cheese!" she says "Say Awkward!". now altogether,she is a character comparable to the geico gecko,the allstate spokesman, and the long lived statefarm slogan.she is a character that won't go out of style.
