This meme has been developing since Frank started in 1989. He's been copied at halloween parties, Bay To Breakers Marathon, and in various protests around the Bay Area.

They originate from a man named Frank Chu, who has been relentlessly protesting in the streets of San Francisco since 1989. Some would say he's crazy, delusional, loves coffee or many other things but in his heart, he is a dedicated protestor against some of the biggest issues in our society at every major event in San Francisco. He talks about corruption, bush/clinton, 12 galaxies populations and CIA quite a bit in his video interviews.
