Well if you are familiar with previous deadpool show me your war face, you will be back at home with Gunnery Sergeant Hartman from the 1987 film Full Metal Jacket, which is famous for its basic training scene, which is funny in a wrong kind of way.
Gunny is a true marine who breaks in the new marines by cursing, yelling, and humiliating them. This is the appeal of the meme, the dirty language and usability, creates that easy to do mix that many memes are based on.
