It originated from /b/ where a person first posted a picture of tom green with the quote 'hey its me, tom green. no lie, look at the picture. Whats up /b/? and returned over 300 posts variating different pictures with the line 'hey its me, 'object/persons name'. No lie, look at the picture. Whats up 'location'?
Again I have seen the same based thread throughout today showing potential.
The variation would come from the image you have chosen and the location you have posted it to and I think it is notable due to the fact it's being used quite a lot.
I think this has potential and will go very far.
