About
I Said Yes refers to parodies of engagement announcements that grew popular on Twitter in October of 2021. Typically, an engagement announcement will feature a woman saying “I said yes!” to the implied question, “Will you marry me?” The parodies mimic the excitement of a typical announcement but follow it up with a more humorous question.
