She brought together prominent figures from entertainment and social media influencers from Spain, such as Ana Mena, who hosted the party. When the clock hit midnight, Mena asked everybody to jump for Díaz's birthday, while she and Marta were at the center of the party awkwardly dancing to Mena's music "Madrid City." TikTok^[1] page @todoinfluencias posted a video (shown below) of the moment, which amassed more than 14 million plays and 593,000 likes in five months.

The influencer's birthday celebration resurfaced in January 2024 in the form of an exploitable video. TikTok^[2] user @riichii.14 posted the video (shown below, left) accompanied by the overlay text in Spanish about a friend inviting him to a party promising it will be a big thing but ends up being like Marta Díaz party. The post amassed more than 16 million plays and 1.5 million likes in a month.

A few weeks later, Díaz birthday celebration was the subject of parodies and ironic memes on TikTok. For instance, on February 9th, 2024, TikTok^[3] user @bryan.doors posted a video making fun of Ana Mena's hair while she was dancing alongside Marta Díaz. The video (shown below, right) received over 22 million plays and 2.6 million likes in a week.
