XBOXpsychic is a very mysterious person who puts his voice changer (that he uses for his phone and mic) in the high range on XBOX live ( which makes him sound like mickey). And claims his names "arnold" and also claims hes a Pyschic; and trolls trolls on xbox live. The victims (he just trolls, not really captures) also say that half of his gamertag is "crazygamer." The hacking tools are unkown but are very dangerous. He also claims to have access to security cameras and High tech "port scanners." It is said that he might have made them his self. Little is know about him or his personality but spikes indicating of his real voice have popped up a few times, but are very slim. This is all I know about XBOXPyschic
