Psycho mantis from metal gear solid: the twin snakes is known to be a very famous mindf***er in video games as well as very disturbing. Not only does he insult Solid Snake's manhood and make the portraits on the wall laugh, but also breaks the fourth wall by reading your memory card, vibrate your controller to the point of moving, and the way to defeat him is to switch controller ports.
