No. + Follow I emailed the candidate after waiting to check in and make sure everything was alright since he didn't show. He responded that he had car issues and the situation took longer than anticipated. What did I do? Rescheduled the interview. Why? Because life happens. What could be happening is that you submitted your resume as a PDF. Most of the time, we meaning -Hiring Managers, Human Resources, Recruiters can't view your resume. On LinkedIn, 9/10 applicants who submit their resume as a PDF for our openings, we can't view. How many opportunities have YOU missed?
