On September 27, 2015, DeviantArt user kongzillarex619 uploaded promotional artwork for a series he was working on called Dimensional Warriors.
This is comic series about unlikely heroes who join forces against evil. Our main hero Spider-man confronts this mysterious hooded figure who plan on getting his empire and enslave all who oppose him. Spider-man teams Up with hero named "Marth". Its Up to these heroes to team and stop this new threat who is trying to find all 7 dragon balls to fulfil his wish. The Adventure begins.
This would be the first of many images uploaded featuring Spider-Man and Lucina together, often with romantic implications.

This crossover shipping I made for fun. This is because of a series I am making called Dimensional Warriors. Once you read the story everything will make sense. For those who are new keep in mind that this is a CROSSOVER SHIPPING, so before you start ranting and sending death threads, I highly recommend you read it first. Now keep it mind don't take this too serious. I know these two have shipped with other characters in their own series and that's great in fact I like some of them. Remember this shipping isn't canon and it not to make people upset. Everyone has the right to ship whoever they like. Just be respectful. Thank you :)
Five days later, user LucinaSpidey35 uploaded their first image to DeviantArt, featuring the Spidercina pairing.
By 2024, LucinaSpidey35 had uploaded over 2000 images, most of which included Spider-Man and Lucina together.
