This started all when ItssPaladin (https://twitter.com/ItssPaladin and http://www.twitch.tv/itsspaladin) was playing some ROBLOX on stream, and he stood up and and itched his hip. He thought he muted his mic. However, it wasn't muted and the viewers intended it as Paladin scratching his private parts. Since then, his stream has usually been flooded with the word itch, ItssPaladitch, or anything that has to do with Paladin and itch. He has also made fun of this on Twitter, stating that he made valentine cards using Photoshop, one of them saying "can i itch your downstairs?" The itch has since then became a regular meme in Paladin's twitch streams.
