In this the creator seems to have tried to create a random motivational video or just a random philosophic thing. It isn't known yet.
The first known appearance was on 4chan /b/ (random) when some guy looked on the famous muhammad video and got a suggestion to the movie.
He appealed on the community "we EPH now!" (we EPIC POWER HONOR now) as an appeal to be awesome, to feel great or such thing.
