In the middle of the deserted Enewetak Atoll in the Pacific Ocean, there lies a giant cement dome that holds more than 111,000 cubic yards of radioactive debris produced from 12 years of the U.S. military's nuclear tests during the early years of the Cold War. Nearly four decades later, the eerie structure is now struggling to hold itself together.
