In 2009, Louis CK joked that no aspiring actor in the audience of Inside the Actors Studio would ever become famous after asking an accomplished actor, like Sean Penn, how he does it. Four years later, Bradley Cooper, who had indeed posed a similar question to Penn before his fame, finally got his payback on C.K.'s character in American Hustle.
