A year ago, a Chinese forum user posted an image of a handsome vagabond walking the streets of Ningbo with the following message: “Behold the number one ultimate, gorgeous, handsome passer-by! Blind your dog eyes!"

Today, the man is no longer homeless but an Internet legend with his own biographic film and a "peasant chic" fashion line in the making.

Back in October, a son of high-ranking official in the Chinese provincial government hit two young pedestrians and then tried to evade arrest by dropping his father's name.

As it turns out, yelling out daddy's name while running away from the police is a HORRIBLE IDEA.
