There's no second Lyra. The girl at the door is Kris from Crystal Version, AKA the first ever playable female character in the series.

And this picture was drawn/uploaded before X/Y were released. That explains why there's no Serena, and since 5th gen was the current one that also explains why Rosa and Hilda are the main eye catches in this picture. (continues staring)
