It's a bit confusing what game this takes place in. It has Gen 1 characters, but referencing Arceus and the Wonder Trade.

I always imagine the PC is like a digital world of sorts and all the pokemon there live there and have cities and interact with each other like in the Mystery Dungeon series. As opposed to a prison or a black pit of despaire like it's usually depicted.
