This is actually somewhat intimidating in my opinion.

I mean, think about it. Vampires practically exist as food for Pillar Men. DIO is, despite all of his boasting, skills, combat experience, and planning, still just a vampire. His only advantage is through his Stand, and even that won't stop a Pillar Man forever.

It would be an interesting matchup, to be sure.
