Ironically per-rebellion hieroglyphics depict four point diamonds including pink diamond. Afterwards new hieroglyphics, like those on the home world ship, depict three point diamonds and lack pink diamonds symbol. The clear absence of pink diamond is significant towards the story. Even if Rose isn't pink diamond, I wouldn't be surprised if pink diamond was her mentor in some degree and inspired her to lead the rebellion.

It's pretty clear at this point that it's more complicated than either "Rose is definitely Pink Diamond for totes" and "Rose was just some random-ass quartz who got lucky." If they wanted to kill the theory, they'd just show Pink Diamond's mural.
