Well, it isn't fully correct, what Loader Bot is referring to is true with the Inkia themselves, but not the Inkia Build style as a whole.

Anyways, Bionicle figures have masks, and most of them have robotic looking heads under them.

But the Inika were notable (and poorly received) because they lacked a face beneath their mask. Their eyes were supposed to glow in the dark beneath their mask but this feature did not actually make it into the final sets, despite being advertized as such in the LEGO magazine.
