Ok, on a side note, characters that ARE (or at least appear to be) amputees in Overwatch include:

Genji (whole body, I'll count it)
Junkrat (right arm, right leg)
McCree (left arm)
Symmetra (left arm)
Torbjorn (surprise surprise, left friggen arm)
Lucio (maybe, hard to tell if his legs are prosthetic or not)

So even if Pharah isn't an amputee, they really have no room to complain.

So little room to complain that limbs couldn't possibly fit in there.
