That's exactly what I thought. Like, at most Greg would need like, a one story, 2 bedroom house. Hell if anything he just hire a construction company. Build a shack nearby his car wash. Solid wood or concrete. Foundate it to the ground decently. Few yards by few yards. Or 10 by 10. Get a lantern or a good lamp maybe. An actual bed with a mattress. Get a nice shelf in there, put up your photos and memorabilia.
