Yeah, this was during that period right after Walt's death from the mid 60's to mid 80s where Disney was really cutting corners on doing their animation. Even though I don't think that era was as bad as a lot of other people do (the two films pictured, "Jungle Book" and "Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" are some of my favorite Disney films), it is pretty hard to not see the corner-cutting.
