I've actually heard that when Mike Pollack learned WHY people wanted him to say the "snooping as usual I see" line he briefly stopped taking fan requests for things to say in his Eggman voice. I think it had to do with him not being happy that the "true intent" behind the request was to see if someone could get him to say something "dirty," rather than just paying homage to an old Robotnik/Eggman voice actor.
