He went from "Hello sir, it's nice to finally meet you" to "Your daughter also calls me…Jaune" in six months.

Not just a tribute, and not exactly "new" – from the sounds of it, if I understood some context clues correctly, that literally is Pyrrha's sash and armor/shield/circlet reforged onto Jaune's gear… that makes it so much more friggin' awesome but makes it hurt so much worse… ;____;
