Yes I just went to YugiohCardMaker.net, last time I made my own Yu Gi Oh cards they were indeed the very definition of "JPEG Artifacts". Also I was compelled to take the card effects a little more seriously....well, seriously in the sense that I wanted to make card effects that would be great additions to the TCG proper and not just half baked filler fluff to add to the collection folders *COUGH*ACARNA FORCE*COUGH*. With about half the internet being nothing but horror stories about how broken the cards are I thought it would be fun to imagine some genuine Anti-Pendulum cards that last I checked aren't really a thing in the TCG.
