I think Klien has been the only reason Weiss hasn't turned out depressed, selfish, or humorless like her family, and the only father figure she's had growing up. I think his semblence is multi-facited and has a different power for each eye color, and that is what inspired Weiss to have her interchangable dust cartridge weapon when crafting it.
