Final Fantasy - Horses VS. Chocobo

If you think about it, a horse must be a lot weirder for a ff character than a chocobo would be to a real person. A real person has some frame of reference for a giant non flying bird. A Final Fantasy character would have never seen anything that resembles a horse.

What about the six-legged one Odin rides?
