This is by no means confirmed to happen by Blizzard. While the possibility of Doomfist as a playable hero has been debated, there is nothing official at this time. Likewise, Terry Crews has supposedly expressed interest in being in a game, but I don't know if he's actually done any work in the industry. So nothing confirmed there either.

Although, you have to admit, Terry Crews in Overwatch is something we as a planet needs.
