…At first, I thought there was some sort of bondage going on here. But the pose and expression sure didn't match up with a bondage pic (I've seen enough to tell – don't ask), so I looked closer and noticed that the outfit is covered in garish neon lines.

Pity. This OC is actually pretty cute, but her outfit just distracts the viewer and obscures the outline of her body. But maybe that's the point – to be some sort of anti-pervert camouflage.
