Is that Enclave in an NCR camp?

as you know, the Enclave was wrecked and mostly disbanded after their failures in the other games. the surviving soldiers got new lives all around the wasteland as civilians, most of them under NCR control, oblivious that the army that almost brought the 2nd genocide to the wasteland lives with them now.

Arcade, that blond fella there, is a direct descendant of one of those troopers, and will gladly wear that signature armor and recognize himself as Enclave should you employ the Remnants Of The Enclave to help you in the final battle
