I love how Bakugo is portrayed as evil, an anti-hero, dumb as a bag of bricks.

Then you remember why Deku looks up to him. He's legitimately intelligent, skilled, and better than Deku in almost every category.

And theeeeeen you see things like this, or his fight with Uraraka. He's not all… bad. He doesn't go easy on Uraraka even though he knows he'd still win if he did. He takes time to tutor Kirishima for no benefit of his own…

Well, I mean, he does it to feed his ego, by making him better and then beating him in the scores, but still, he's helping him ot.

I would put it as… well as Best Jeanist said it, he has potential but his attitude is not of a hero's. Despite this I think Bakugo would fit into the chaotic good segment.
