Probably people have noticed that Rock has had different hair colors: black, brown and even blue(megaman 4 and megaman 10 for example). When in Dragon Ball Super the SSJ Blue was presented I have been waiting for someone to make a reference to it with Megaman, since no one has made this move, from what I have seen so far, I decided to ask for it.
