Not yet, but if YouTube's copyright strike issues get even worse, we might actually see something similar in which content creators could eventually get sued for shit they did not do and be forced to pay a fee to some studio or company because they said so.

Just you watch that happen at some point; it would still not be the most surprising or disappointing thing for YouTube to come up with.
