I used the NSFW warning as a starting point. I removed the blush marks, as I don't think they're fitting for a non-NSFW image. As you can see, I made it an animated GIF. It was done to emphasize the seizure part of the warning without being dramatic enough to actually give someone a seizure.

If you get a seizure from looking at this, I think it's just natural selection at that point.

Needs some alignment fixes and I am missing a few elements. But a sidebar instead of a ~400px header makes it so that you can actually see the page. Not too bad for only having 15 minutes to redesign the site, I'd say.

Looks useful but I think it might be to subtle when placed among regular NSFW spoilers. Especially since having a spoiler like this could potentially encourage people to post more of these gifs.

Since seizure-inducing animation often involves color inversion – how about making it look like this?
