Her hand doesn't go anywhere near his waist, and his belt is tucked under his shirt or he doesn't even have a belt. She would have to reach under his shirt and remove his belt in less than a second. Adult woman that have removed my belt took like a whole minute and it's pretty damn noticeable, AND I tuck my shirts in.

Conclusion: She's a witch! or QUALITY!

This is Carmen, my friend. She could steal the color out of somebody's hair or one of their organs without so much as scratching their skin. Stealing somebody's belt without putting her hands anywhere near it is child's play for her.
