PRIMARY ABILITY; Save State
By punching a single object and imprinting the sigil of an alien monster skull. When this save state is active the user cannot die. Each time he supposedly does his stand just reverses time, undoing everything that happened after that point. Normally this means that everyone other than the user will lose all memory of the events that happened since those events never happened, however those who also have stands that can manipulate time will not lose their memories. Another weakness is that each save state created is only good for at least an hour in regular time meaning the user must always make a new one after the last one is erased.
SECONDARY ABILITIES;
-Bone Swords; A pair of retractable blades that can protrude out of the wrists.
-Herculean Strength; Self explanatory ability, more specifically the strength to crush an entire semi truck into scrap metal with just a single punch.
-Supersonic Speed; Another self explanatory ability, literally faster than a speeding bullet.
-Overwrite File; The stand's most dangerous ability comes at the cost of the user's current "save file", by deleting that safe file willingly the user can all but erase a person’s past. What this means is he can reset a human's current state of being to anything it was during its lifetime before the current point at the user's choosing. This effect does not erase the victim’s memories.

So yes, that is technically "Flowey".
