If its hypocritical for anti-fascists to do literally anything that constitutes a protest then it is definitely hypocritical that the actual fascists advocate surrendering of human rights to an all-powerful state while begging democratic institutions protect their freedom to call for an end to democracy.

Or were you confused to where fascism leads? It is by definition an institution with a leader that is beholden to no one, which is the very definition of tyranny.
