I found this by accident while browsing this meme, and I'm surprised by how well it is made.

Anon, (who I linked in the source) made a lookalike version of both Vladimir Putin and Bashir al-Assad.
As it is known, both these blue eyed leaders have each other's backs. And coincidentally one is a Nordic, and the other is a Med (Syria's shores go right into the Mediterranean Sea).
