So basically the "Shy Guy" from the SCP Foundation, only with an even HIGHER likelihood of you getting murdered without understanding what you did.
At least with the Shy Guy you have to catch a glimpse of its face. Going by this description, literally any really loud sound or strong negative emotion that it can sense will send it into a murderous frenzy, even if you only do so indirectly.
