Fear of black gun owners is what got Reagan into the national spotlight. Even the NRA wanted gun control when it came to the Black Panthers, but somehow when Nazis take to the streets with assault rifles the NRA are champions of the second amendment.

Well the thing is, if you suggest doing what FDR does today, people call you a socialist. In America today, saying that the rich should pay taxes AT ALL is considered radical socialism.
