The "Some Guy" in question is Adam from YMS, the same guy who did the Cool Cat Saves the Kids review that led to an unexpectedly fierce legal battle with Cool Cat's creator.

Most people have pointed this out already, but this guy who call himself "Your Movie Sucks" wanted to do a review of the 2019 remake of the Lion King and he wanted to include a brief part of the review that talked about Kimba the White Lion, but as he watched the show he realized just how little the two products had in common. He latter spent from what I heard about a year-and a half collecting all of the arguments he could for why Kimba and the Lion King are the same, and made a two and a half hour long video describing the controversy in full, and why the comparisons don't make any sense. Rather than having his audiences target the people who were responsible for pushing this controversy he instead encouraged his audience to make memes about it instead.
