Yandere Simulator - Bruh moment

Why did he call it "game" 3 times in a row..? One of his main defense points for the lack of advances and functionality was that it was technically not a game, but a "test build", and I believe it is even written somewhere on his blog even now. Now it IS a game all of a sudden to justify its size..?
