DrApeis Yesterday at 3:13 PM Hey YandereDev, To be honest I've been thinking of shifting to the focus of a "social simulation" rather than a "murder spree". I want to announce this along with the shift in style with the games rebrand. This way people won't compare our projects. I won't really be making a "Yandere Simulator" and we can both co exist. The player won't be encouraged to murder, they're more along the lines of "manipulation" on the main part. We plan to have social simulation mechanics to be the core gameplay. Murder is available to eliminate your opponents/rivals, and will be super easy, but getting rid of evidence will be difficult (If a corpse is found, cameras will be put up in the school so no more "accidental" deaths can occur without being recorded). And if you choose to get rid of the evidence, it'll be hard, due to the fact that people are everywhere, and they can all do random things (stop their routine to drink water, use the bathroom, get a snack from the vending machine). I hope that this can differentiate our projects and cause people to stop comparing them. If need be, I am willing to make a video directly announcing the shift in direction. Thank you for your time! Q: "Will the first rival have a bodyguard?" A: That's unrealistic. I'm focusing on organic gameplay where the rival goes around multiple students per day, meaning multiple witnesses. You'll be able to also change your rivals routine by manipulation of multiple means.
