To: <feelsgoodmanfilm@gmail.com> Hi! I saw Feels Good Man at Sundance this year and just wanted to say thank you for making this movie. I would browse 4chan when I was in high school and early college and stopped going on right before the 2016 election kicked into gear. Having a face and humanity put into the man behind Pepe really had an impact on me that has stuck with me through this entire week. I feel horrible that Matt has gone through this hell. Seeing who Matt is and learning his story really has made me reflect a lot on what I was like in high school/early college and the memes I would laugh at. This was a fantastic film and honestly l'm very surprised it's---- me so emotionally. Best of luck to you all!

Hey guys, I feel like the more time I spend s--- posting, the worse I feel inside. So the more time I spend s--- posting. Why is this? My gentle, kind friend, this is such an important topic. This phenomena is called "spiraling." And it's not good. Sometimes the immediate gratification we derive from s--- posting is not actually helping us inside King, just to build on this base of know- ledge, we exist in a hyper consumerist society where many feel like they have little self-determination. As such, we confuse being terrible to strangers online to elicit a reaction with regaining some sense of agency. But this is a false wager that masks a much deeper existential crisis. My benevolent monarch, we must also recognize that the perception some of us experience... of having some kind of privileged insight about the "true" nature of "society" is actually (and ironically) just us being marketed-to and manipulated-by bad-faith actors who seek to monetize our existential dread, giving us false solutions which only benefit them monetarily, while harming us mentally, emotionally, and physically. We should avoid taking the bait and try the harder, more productive work of supporting one another. Ultimately, this is the only path towards inner peace.
