That is the point people have been making since the beginning, when you really think about it. Many times have doctors said that wearing a mask during the pandemic is less to protect yourself – since it actually does little on that front – and more to protect those around you, the real purpose of those masks to begin with. Neglecting its usage because you personally do not care is missing the point, and doing so out of political reasons is being dangerously petty and frankly antisocial, therefore a bit sociopathic, while doing so.

Enough people have died from this virus to fill up Cowboys Stadium, the fourth-largest football stadium in the country, twice over. You see this picture?

That's barely half the number of victims of this disease so far. And the number will only get bigger.
