Google: "Alright, we'll now be sending you a check for $20 each month. Oh, and by the way, the price of owning a Premium Google Account with access to Google Docs, Gmail, etc. is now set at $20/month. No connection."
They have no reason to do so as long as people are willing to feed their services with data for free.
If you want to get paid for your data, Bing's been doing that for years. Brave Browser has a similar model where you can get paid to see ads and choose which sites to give the revenue to or just to keep it for yourself.
