Fun fact: Phil Spencer was asked about this recently and when he saw the screen for the first time he went "oh wow, I'm sure that's gonna get patched out." Seems odd the head of Xbox didn't even know what the victory screen looked like before Steve was launched, guess he didn't feel the need to keep tabs on every detail.
