So, you may all be wondering why these British Troops are all in blue instead of the usual khaki.
I've been trying to work this out for the last hour or so and I've come up with two possibilities:
1. This image has been mislabelled and actually took place in the Battle of Loos, where members of the New Army had to where blue uniforms due to a shortage of khaki dye.
2. They were a detachment of Royal Navy Marines which fought in the closing days of the battle.
